When you register your interest, the current form may receive the following information:
- Full name

- Email address

- WhatsApp contact where voluntarily provided

- Selected opportunity types
- Preferred or current language where collected
- Project of interest or project ID where applicable
- Your consent record
Information the current MVP does not request
The current registration form does not request bank details, a national ID, a password, user account information, a CV, precise GPS location or income information.
How information is used
Information may be used for the following purposes:
- Receiving and reviewing registrations
- Assessing whether a person may be relevant for a current or upcoming project
- Contacting you about potentially relevant opportunities
- Preserving project context when you register from a Project Detail page
- Responding to participant, organisation or general enquiries
- Operating and protecting the website
- Meeting applicable legal obligations
BELSPIRA does not promise automated hiring or guaranteed matching. A registration is an expression of interest, not project selection.
Project partners and recipients
Where relevant and where necessary for a specific project, information may be shared with organisations or project partners involved in project selection, project arrangements, participation, communication or compensation/payment. A registration is not automatically shared with every partner or organisation.
Registration storage and the current application flow
The current repository implementation validates the registration form in the browser and completes the success-page flow locally; it does not currently send registration data to a backend endpoint or Google Sheets webhook. The approved operational flow, when connected, is intended to be: registration form, BELSPIRA server validation, configured Google Sheets webhook or other operational lead storage, and internal review or relevant project handling. The deployed privacy information should be kept aligned with the endpoint and storage configuration actually enabled.
Retention
Registration information is generally retained for up to six months. A longer period may apply where required by law, where you are actively involved in a project requiring continued processing, or where another legitimate retention requirement applies.
Your rights and how to contact us
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may contact contact@belspira.com to request access to your information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion where applicable, or restriction or objection where applicable. Please include enough detail for us to understand your request. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it.
Age and children
Registration is intended for people aged 25 or older. BELSPIRA is not a service for children, and the registration form requires an age of at least 25.
Security
BELSPIRA aims to use reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration. No online service can guarantee perfect security.
